The first ever international "cougar" cruise event - for older women who are interested in younger men - recently left San Diego on its way to Ensenada, Mexico. The cruise left fully booked.
The cruise was initially promoted as a cruise for the "cougar" who “knows exactly what she wants … (and) what she doesn’t want is children, cohabitation or commitment”.

The sweltering heat was no deterrent to more than 500 Sydneysiders who met the challenge on Friday 27 November, battling their mates and colleagues in the first Holiday Inn Pillow Fight in Circular Quay.
An all-expenses-paid trip to the new Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali was the ultimate prize for the contenders, with each participant also among the first in Australia to take home their choice of a Firm or Soft Holiday Inn signature pillow.

One of Australia’s leading online hotel booking sites, cheaphotels.com.au, today released results of a survey which lays claim that the Australian public would like to be able to book hotel rooms “by the hour”.
Eighty three percent of people surveyed answered “yes” to the question, Would you like to have the option to book hotel rooms by the hour?
